Customers pay 10% as booking advance and the balance 90% after finalising designs and materials. The project delivery timeline starts from the date of the second payment.

Our commission percentage is all-inclusive of VAT. If you are VAT registered and prefer to raise an invoice, please note the VAT amount will be considered part of the agreed commission percentage.
Everything is managed through our software. The moment a customer makes a booking, you will automatically receive a WhatsApp and SMS notification with the project value and payment details. Once the second payment is received, you will also be notified with the receipt and your payable commission amount.
Commission is always calculated based on the net payment received and retained from the customer.
If a project is cancelled before the second payment, no commission will be due.
If the project is cancelled after commission has been paid, the corresponding commission amount will be adjusted against future payouts.
If the project value is reduced, your commission will be recalculated on the final confirmed value.
Your commission will be disbursed within 2 working days after the customer's second payment is received. You can track the entire process, including payment status and commission amount, in your dedicated DEEJOS Agent Portal.
You can simply update the customer details in your DEEJOS Agent Portal or call the Agent Support number to inform us directly. Each time a lead is added, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. You can also track the detailed status of every single lead anytime through your portal.
Yes, you will be provided with a dedicated point of contact to support you at any time, on all days, in a personalised manner. They will help explain project details, arrange site visits, and handle customer clarifications. If at any point you feel the support is not sufficient, you can escalate the matter directly in the feedback section of the portal.
At present, DEEJOS Interiors handles projects within Dubai and Sharjah limits. We will expand to other Emirates in the near future, and all registered agents will be notified as soon as new locations open.
Your DEEJOS Agent registration is valid for lifetime. There are no renewal charges. As long as you remain active, you can continue to refer clients and earn commissions. Inactive accounts may be reviewed periodically, but reactivation support will always be provided.
If the lead you submit is already in our system, you will immediately receive a notification with the date and source of when that lead was first registered with DEEJOS. This ensures complete transparency and avoids any confusion.
